A lightweight, read-optimized API for exploring plan × drug × indication relationships (“Plan Triples”). Ideal for prototypes, research, and internal tools.

GET /api/triples?plan=highmark&drug=semaglutide&indication=t2dm

Omit any param to broaden results. Returns count and an array oftriples with links to your site’s canonical policy pages.

Rate limits & access

Preview is open and rate-limited. For sustained access or custom endpoints, schedule a technical consultation.

Data provenance

All triples map back to official health plan documents. Each canonical page on this site links to the source PDF.

SDKs coming later. For now, use simple fetch calls.
