Initial criteria
- Diagnosis of one of the listed soft tissue sarcoma subtypes
- Requested as single agent for locally advanced unresectable or metastatic disease
Reauthorization criteria
- No evidence of unacceptable toxicity or disease progression while on current regimen
Approval duration
12 months
