Initial criteria

• Patient is an adult or pediatric patient age ≥ 3 months
• Infection is proven or strongly suspected to be caused by susceptible bacteria
• Use is for a labeled indication of complicated intra-abdominal infection, complicated skin and skin structure infection (including diabetic foot infection without osteomyelitis), community acquired pneumonia, complicated urinary tract infection including pyelonephritis, acute pelvic infection, or prophylaxis of surgical site infection following elective colorectal surgery
