Initial criteria
- For chronic, recurrent gastrointestinal bleeds lasting ≥ 3 months: A) Patient has chronic, recurrent gastrointestinal bleeds lasting ≥ 3 months; AND B) The medication is prescribed by or in consultation with gastroenterologist.
- For thymoma and thymic carcinoma: The medication is prescribed by or in consultation with an oncologist.
