- Patient has tried one Step 1 Product (generic brimonidine 0.2%/timolol maleate 0.5% ophthalmic solution [generic Combigan], generic dorzolamide 2%/timolol maleate 0.5% ophthalmic solution [generic Cosopt], or generic dorzolamide 2%/timolol maleate 0.5% ophthalmic solution [generic Cosopt PF])
