Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1) with symptomatic plexiform neurofibromas not amenable to complete resection

Initial criteria

  • Patient is age ≥ 2 years; AND
  • According to the prescriber, patient has or had symptomatic plexiform neurofibromas prior to starting Gomekli; AND
  • The tumor is not amenable to complete resection.
