Initial criteria

• Patient age ≥ 18 years
• Patient has tried imatinib or Ayvakit (avapritinib tablets)
• Patient meets ONE of the following (i, ii, or iii): i. Patient has tried sunitinib and Stivarga (regorafenib tablets); OR ii. Patient has tried dasatinib; OR iii. Patient is intolerant of sunitinib
