Initial criteria

• Patient age ≥ 18 years
• Patient has Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia OR BCR::ABL1-positive chronic myeloid leukemia
• Patient has newly diagnosed disease OR the chronic myeloid leukemia is T315I-positive OR patient has tried at least one other tyrosine kinase inhibitor
