Initial criteria

• Patient age ≥ 18 years
• Patient meets ONE of the following (i or ii): i. Patient has tried BOTH of the following (a and b): a) Imatinib or Ayvakit (avapritinib tablets); AND b) Sunitinib or Sprycel (dasatinib tablets); OR ii. Medication is used as first-line therapy for succinate dehydrogenase (SDH)-deficient disease
