• Diagnosis of multiple myeloma
• Patient age ≥ 18 years
• Medication is used in combination with at least two other medications (e.g., bortezomib, dexamethasone, cisplatin, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, etoposide, Kyprolis [carfilzomib])
