Initial criteria

• Patient age ≥ 18 years
• Patient has had at least three episodes of vulvovaginal candidiasis in a 12-month period (a patient with two or more previous episodes of vulvovaginal candidiasis in the previous 12 months would meet this requirement)
• Patient is NOT of reproductive potential (defined as a biological female who is postmenopausal or has another reason for permanent infertility such as tubal ligation, hysterectomy, or salpingo-oophorectomy)
• Patient is NOT pregnant
• Patient is NOT breastfeeding
