Initial criteria
- age ≥ 18 years
- Patient has been evaluated using polysomnography and a multiple sleep latency test
- According to the prescriber, diagnosis of narcolepsy has been confirmed
- Medication is prescribed by or in consultation with a sleep specialist physician or a neurologist
- If brand Provigil or Nuvigil is requested, BOTH of the following: patient has tried generic modafinil or generic armodafinil AND brand product is requested due to a formulation difference in inactive ingredient(s) causing significant allergy or serious adverse reaction
