• patient has Ewing sarcoma or osteosarcoma
• has tried at least one previous systemic regimen (e.g., vincristine, doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, topotecan, irinotecan, cisplatin, ifosfamide, regorafenib, or sorafenib)
