Initial criteria
- age ≥ 18 years
- patient has medulloblastoma
- patient has tried at least one chemotherapy agent (e.g., etoposide, carboplatin, cisplatin)
- according to the prescriber, the patient has a mutation of the sonic hedgehog pathway
