Inlyta (axitinib) — Medica

Initial criteria

• Patient is age ≥ 18 years
• Patient meets ONE of the following (i or ii):
• i. Patient meets BOTH of the following (a and b):
• a. Patient has papillary or follicular thyroid carcinoma
• b. The disease is refractory to radioactive iodine therapy
• OR ii. Patient has oncocytic (formerly Hürthle cell) carcinoma

Approval duration

1 year
