Initial criteria
- age ≥ 18 years
- EITHER (a) peripheral T-cell lymphoma OR (b) T-cell leukemia/lymphoma and patient has tried at least one other regimen OR (c) hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma and patient has tried at least two other regimens
