Initial criteria

• Patient has Grade 3 or Grade 4 diarrhea; AND
• Patient has tried at least one antimotility medication (e.g., loperamide, diphenoxylate); AND
• Medication is prescribed by or in consultation with an oncologist or gastroenterologist.
