Initial criteria

• age ≥ 18 years
• locally recurrent, progressive, or metastatic disease
• ONE of the following: (i) used as first-line AND in combination with chemotherapy (e.g., carboplatin and paclitaxel); OR (ii) progressed on or intolerant to platinum-based chemotherapy; OR (iii) administered before proceeding to abdominoperineal resection
• prescribed by or in consultation with an oncologist
