Recurrent Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) Post-Liver Transplantation, Genotypes 5 OR 6
Initial criteria
- Patient age ≥ 18 years
- Recurrent HCV after liver transplantation
- Medication will be prescribed in combination with ribavirin
- Prescribed by or in consultation with gastroenterologist, hepatologist, infectious diseases physician, or liver transplant physician affiliated with a transplant center
