Initial criteria

• Patient age ≥ 18 years
• No cirrhosis or compensated cirrhosis
• Patient is treatment-naïve
• Patient does not have hepatitis B
• Patient is not pregnant
• Patient does not have hepatocellular carcinoma
• No liver transplantation
• Prescribed by or in consultation with specialist (GI, hepatologist, ID, transplant physician)
