Thrombocytopenia in adult patients with chronic liver disease who are scheduled to undergo an invasive elective procedure

Initial criteria

  • Dosing of Mulpleta will begin 8-14 days before the procedure; AND
  • The procedure will occur within 2-8 days of the last dose; AND
  • The patient has a current platelet count < 50 x 10^9/L; AND
  • The patient is at least age ≥ 18 years; AND
  • Prescribed by or in consultation with a physician who specializes in the condition being treated
