Initial criteria

• Patient age ≥ 18 years
• Patient is not currently pregnant
• Zurzuvae is being prescribed by or in consultation with a psychiatrist or an obstetrician-gynecologist (OB-GYN)
• Symptom onset began during the third trimester of pregnancy or up to 4 weeks post-delivery
• Patient meets the criteria for a major depressive episode found in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5)
• Patient is ≤ 1 year postpartum

Approval duration

14 days per postpartum period
