Initial criteria

• Documented diagnosis of hidradenitis suppurativa
• Patient age ≥ 18 years
• Prescribed by or in consultation with a dermatologist
• Documentation of one (1) of the following: (a) Trial and failure with Humira AND Bimzelx; OR (b) Contraindication to Humira AND Bimzelx
