Cosentyx (secukinumab) — Point32Health

Initial criteria

• Documented diagnosis of non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis
• Patient age ≥ 18 years
• Prescribed by or in consultation with a rheumatologist
• Documentation of objective signs of inflammation
• Documentation of one (1) of the following: (a) Trial and failure of all of the following medications: Bimzelx, Cimzia, Rinvoq, Taltz; OR (b) Contraindication to all of the following medications: Bimzelx, Cimzia, Rinvoq, Taltz
