• Patient is diagnosed with nausea and vomiting associated with pregnancy
• Patient tried and failed concurrent therapy with over-the-counter doxylamine and pyridoxine OR provider indicates clinical inappropriateness of treatment with concurrent use of over-the-counter doxylamine and pyridoxine
