Initial criteria

• Documented diagnosis of polymyalgia rheumatica
• Patient age ≥ 18 years
• Prescribed by or in consultation with a rheumatologist
• Documentation of one of the following: (a) Inadequate response to corticosteroids OR (b) Patient cannot tolerate corticosteroid taper
