Xermelo (telotristat) — Point32Health

Initial criteria

• Documented diagnosis of carcinoid syndrome diarrhea
• Patient age ≥ 18 years
• Patient has had an inadequate response to therapy with a somatostatin analog (e.g., octreotide)
• Xermelo (telotristat) will be used in combination with a somatostatin analog (e.g., octreotide)
