Initial criteria

• Documented diagnosis of Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome
• The patient is age ≥ 12 months
• Prescribed by or in consultation with a specialist in progeria, genetics, or metabolic disorders
• Documented body surface area ≥ 0.39 m²
